Do products come with a warranty?
Our products have a two-year warranty. Contact info@everandoccasions.com with your order reference, product details and photographs of the issue for warranty support.

Begin with the project planner. Share your occasion, space and style, then send an enquiry. The studio must confirm scope, timing and availability before a booking.
Can I shop for different celebrations?
Explore Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, costumes and year-round celebrations. Published products appear as the collection becomes available; you can enquire about decorating without creating an account.
Do you install and remove decorations?
Ask the studio to include installation or removal in your decorating enquiry. Service area, scope, costs and timing are agreed before a booking is confirmed.
How do I choose the right tree height?
Measure your ceiling and allow space for a topper and stand. Our tree finder matches your preferences to the available catalog. Check final product dimensions before purchase.
What are the delivery and returns terms?
Contact the studio with your product and delivery address to confirm delivery costs and timing. For a return, contact us with your order reference and the reason for your request before sending anything back.
